Next Adoption Event The next Second Chance adoption day is on Saturday, January 16, at Petco in Roseville (North of Hwy 36 off Fairview Avenue). A variety of cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies will be available for adoption between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. All are FeLV & FIV or heartworm negative, spayed or neutered, distemper vaccinated and dewormed. (Cats and dogs can also be adopted out of their foster homes 7 days a week.) See Pet List.

WishBones for PetsProfessional Pet Sitters of Minnesota has graciously selected Second Chance as the recipient of its fundraiser, WishBones for Pets. This is a charitable program designed for pet sitters to collect and distribute funds for local animal welfare organizations. The event runs October 17 through November 28. There will be donation jars at local veterinarians, groomers and pet supply stores. Local businesses will provide donation drop-off bins for supplies needed by Second Chance.
